A: Show this kind of error means you have to update your ace3ds card to support the 3ds v4.1.0-8 or dsi v1.44. We have given the steps for our customers on the User manual page, you can just follow the steps to update your ace3ds card.

A:Absolutly no! Absolutly not! Ace3ds is an independent card, it has its own official kernel, and its own official team. While the Wood kernel is for other flash cards. Don’t download the Wood R4 kernel. Download the newest Ace3ds kernel v1.17 and you’re ready to play.
Q: I received the Ace3ds card, but when I start it all I get is white screens and nothing happens. What’s wrong?
A: You have downloaded the wrong kernel, or you just copied the zip folder onto your SD card. This is wrong. You need to open the zip folder and then copy all the files on to your Micro SD card.
Q: Do I need to add the Kernel on the micro SD?
A: Yes, you need to download the latest kernel and unzip it onto your Micro SD card. Our Ace3ds card can directly run on the newest firmware version of both the 3DS and DSi. This means you won't need another DS console to flash our Ace3ds card, BUT you will need to put our kernel kernel onto the card.
